Product Return Policy

At DrMedspa we offer services and products that we truly stand by and are of highest quality. We are constantly striving to create an environment of the highest standard, quality, and most importantly the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skin care product returns (with exceptions to clear defect in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed. In the event of a true allergic reaction, you must contact our office and be seen within 48 hours of the reported reaction and have the reaction assessed by our physician or medical aesthetician to document the event before any returns/exchanges can be accepted and must be completed within two weeks of initial product purchase. This will be given as an in-house credit towards future purchase.
